There are lot of Onsen place in Tokyo and I went to "Musashi Koyama Onsen Shimizuyu". This place is about 30min by train from Nakano (YADOYA) and good thing is the price is same as Sento (public bath). 460yen(2015.11) They had very nice black and yellow onsen.
