I`m an American university student studying Japanese at Waseda University for 1 year. Currently, I am a third year undergraduate at the University of Maryland, College Park. I will return there in August 2013.
I enjoy going to Japanese arcades and visiting Japanese temples. I really want to try karaoke and as many different Japanese sweets as I can. Next year, I also want to try to climb Fuji-san before I return to America. It will be difficult, but I will probably be healthier than I am now, so I should be alright. I really love cats – they are so adorable! And I really despise the heat, so I hate the summer. I can`t wait for the cool weather!
I enjoy traveling. Early this year, my brother, father and I went to Ireland for 10 days. We visited Dublin, Galway, Limerick and many little Irish towns. I have also been to London, Amsterdam, Stuttgart, Innsbruck, and Rome. In 2010, I stayed with Yadoya as a guest for 3 weeks and I greatly enjoyed my time here. I hope to make many happy memories here!
I highly recommend staying with Yadoya guesthouse if you enjoy a happy, land-back atmosphere.
