Japanese Omelet is a common family dish, You can find in any shops even convenient store and usually in a very cheap price. But it’s really hard to find a real good one . Sarashina is one of a place that you can find really good Japanese omeletã The texture and the taste is just right!

You can eat in cold with soy sauce or fried it,like “tempura” Both are very good ! If you like try new things, it will be a good choice

Not like other shops serve green tea or barley tea, Sarashina serve Soba tea! You can also have some Soba dessert or snakes! If you want to enjoy a full soba cause,I think Sarashina is the best place for exploring the possibility of Soba dishes!
